Delayta support
One place for help with the Delayta family of transit apps. Whether you ride the train, light rail, or ferry, I’m here to help you get moving.
Email jon@jonathanng.comPlease include the app name, app version, iOS version, and what went wrong. For a schedule or realtime issue, include the route, station or terminal, travel direction, and date and time. A screenshot helps; remove personal information before sending.
Common questions
Why is a departure or vehicle position different from what I see?
Realtime information depends on the transit agency’s feed and your internet connection. Updates can be delayed or unavailable, and map positions may be schedule estimates. Check the app’s realtime or estimated indicators, and always follow station displays, terminal signs, and official service announcements.
What should I try when information isn’t updating?
Check your internet connection, reopen the app, and make sure you have the latest version from the App Store. Check any selected line filters if a route is missing. If the issue continues, email the details above so I can investigate.
Do I need to share my location?
No. Location access is optional. You can enable it in iOS Settings to use nearby-station or terminal features. You can still browse schedules without granting location access.
Can I use schedules offline?
Saved schedule data is available offline. Downloading updated schedules and receiving realtime information require an internet connection. Offline schedules won’t reflect live delays or cancellations.
How do tips, purchases, and refunds work?
Tips support development and are optional one-time consumable purchases. They do not unlock features or create a subscription. Apple handles App Store payments. For a billing issue or refund request, visit Apple’s purchase support.
Who should I contact about tickets or transit service?
Delayta is an independent app family developed by Jonathan Ng. For tickets, fares, lost property, accessibility assistance, or service operations, contact your transit agency directly:
